Heat's investors are Geoff Morgan (Geoff Morgan is the Chairman of the Heat Board) and Andrew Banks of Morgan & Banks Investments Pty Ltd, Carol Schwartz of Sussan Property Group and Alan Chang of Wingo, one of the largest cosmetic manufacturers in Asia, all of whom bring financial strength and expertise to the group.

GEOFF MORGAN
Geoff Morgan was a founding partner of Morgan & Banks in 1985, which was Australia's leading recruitment company for many years. When the company merged with TMP in 1999 Morgan became the Chairman of TMP Worldwide Asia-Pacific region. He is currently the custodian of Morgan & Banks Investments and sits on various boards including Talent2 International Limited, Palamedia Limited, Allco Equity Partners Limited and The Heat Group. In 2004 he and Andrew Banks won the Ernst & Young "Master Entrepreneur of the Year" award for sustained success in business.

CAROL SCHWARTZ
Ms Carol Schwartz is a Director of Highpoint Property Group, responsible for Highpoint Shopping Centre, one of Australia's largest regional shopping centres.

Ms Schwartz has a background in law and business administration. She is the Chairman of Industry Superannuation Property Trust (ISPT), Melbourne International Arts Festival and Our Community, as well as a director on a number of significant boards.

Ms Schwartz was awarded the Centenary medal in April 2003 in recognition of her outstanding service as a leading business executive and board participant.
