caring for australia's success

Heat is committed to contributing to the success of Australia and where possible, to effect positive change that results in better choices for workers. In particular, Heat is concerned about the challenge working mothers face in trying to balance their lifestyle needs with a career and the economic impact on our economy when we have a declining fertility rate. Our challenge is to achieve workplace and tax reform as well as cultural improvements to make it possible for women to happily and successfully work and have children! One of the Heat initiatives to assist in this goal is to regularly capture the views and concerns of Australians, to then collate these views and share them with the business community, the media and Government. You can contribute and be an active member in this mission by participating in the Heat polls and sharing with us your thoughts and desires. The results of the Heat polls will be published on the Heat website so you can be kept up-to-date with the issues.
