A significant increase in distribution will see Bourjois, one of the oldest French cosmetics brands in a total of 532 Australian retail doors by the end of July 2008!
Priceline’s fastest growing new brand and one of the oldest French cosmetics brands is in the middle of a very busy few months rolling out to discount department stores across the country. At Priceline, which helped Heat launch the brand successfully into the Australian market, sales are tracking well, and the unique brand has great presence standing out in the cosmetics area.
41 Bourjois stands were installed in Target prior to the end of March. It is expected that all 147 Target stores will be completed by end of June. Completion of stands rolling out to Kmart stores by the end of July, combined with the brand’s ongoing availability at Priceline, will see the brand in a total of 532 retail outlets.
Target and Kmart have embraced the brand and are excited about the addition to their range. Initial feedback is extremely positive from the retailers management and in-store personnel.
Keith Weinberger, Marketing Director at heat, says “Bourjois is a fantastic brand, which both consumers and Beauty Editors have fallen in love with. Expanding into additional outlets will allow heat to meet shoppers’ growing demand for Bourjois’ products across the country. We see a big role for Bourjois in the market into the future, and are confident that its success over the past year is just the beginning.”
