A new Cosmetician program for Red Earth has been launched. In just two weeks, a 31% increase of base sales in participating stores has been reported, with the top 50 stores increasing sales by 70%.
The program has been designed to increase training of Priceline cosmeticians and drive greater focus on the brand in-store. So far, there has been a 31% increase off base sales in participating stores for the first fortnight with the top 50 increasing sales by 70% alone.
A total of 100 cosmeticians nominated by the top twenty stores in each state are participating in the program. Heat is providing advanced training and product samples, enabling participants to experience the quality of the products first-hand. One on one support as well as group training programs, are being provided, along with weekly incentives to keep the cosmeticians engaged in the program.
Over the next ten weeks, we look forward to seeing further increase in sales as through improved awareness of the range and cross-selling ability.
