HOW TO USE IT
Dry Wet Tip Stroke eye shadow across eyelid with applicator, brush or fingertip. Wet applicator or brush and apply to eyelid. To ensure perfect shadow application and wear, first apply Erace concealer to the lids and dust over with powder. Apply a soft neutral shade - CAMEO APPEARANCE - all over the lids as a base. Then apply your colour to the outer 2/3 of the lid in a > shape, blending outward. Use fresh cottontips as a hygienic method of applying shadow.
