HOW TO USE IT
Looking down into your mirror, holding lid taut, apply a fine line directly above upper lashes from inner to outer corner of the eye. Line under eyes from the middle to outer corners. Remove with cotton pad soaked with remover for Long Lasting Make-up; wipe gently over eye area.
