HOW TO USE IT

Eyeliner - Hold lid taut, and apply to upper lids from outer corners to inner, close to the lashes. Line along lower lashes, from outer corner to the centre of eye and blend to give a smoky look.

Eyebrows - Apply in short, feathery strokes, ensuring brows are balanced. Blend with a brush or smudge tip to give a natural look.
