Thank you for the regular input you have provided to the Heat website on issues affecting women.

It has been an interesting year and we have seen some amazing progressive results (example 1/3 women now earning more than their partners with little or no adverse affect).

You may be interested to see some of the results of the research and to know that your voice counts!

Heat has received a lot of media coverage highlighting these issues and hopefully through this process we will effect positive change for women. One example is that at last the tax deductibility for child care has hit the Government agenda after too long a period of lobbying – but at least it is now there!

Our challenge is to continue to highlight the importance of initiatives such as this to make work and family more an achievable option for women so please keep giving us your views.

Enclosed with this note is our next Heat pulse – a more in depth study of the issues affecting women and seeking your opinion on key matters across all areas.
