All applications received will be reviewed against set role criteria and an assessment will be made based on skills, experience and qualifications.  Successful applicants at this stage will then be contacted for either a phone interview or an in-person interview. The next stages will include psychometric testing and one, possibly two, further interviews.

It is important to note that not all shortlisted candidates are taken through the entire process. Only the candidates that are a good fit with the role criteria and a good cultural fit with Heat are progressed.
