Our journey

What began as 5 employees working out of a coffee shop quickly grew into a robust, well-resourced company that is proudly one of Australia’s largest personal care companies, delivering impressive results since year one.

What do we do at Heat?
Heat develops brands from conceptualisation in-house, acquires brands outright, and manages the marketing and sales distribution of other brands, predominantly across Australia and New Zealand.

What brands do we have in our portfolio?
Heat’s brand portfolio includes essence, ulta3, MUD Makeup Design, Billie Goat, OZK.O Eyewear, Boofhedz Sunglasses and Carlo G Eyewear.

In November 2016, Heat acquired Doward International, and with it has acquired a mix of owned and distribution brands, including iconic brands such as Mason Pearson, Simpkins, bodytools, The Beauty Case, Fleurique, Windsor Grooming Accessories, Speedo, Go Travel, Kobayashi, the Wheat Bag and many more.

Heat's brands can be found in Woolworths, David Jones, Target, BIG W, Woolworths, Priceline and across a network of over 4000 pharmacies.
